MAXI Zoo stores in Newbridge, Naas and Maynooth have won the Pet Store of the Year award at the prestigious Retail Excellence Ireland Awards.
The award is a huge achievement for staff at the Maxi Zoo stores in Newbridge, Nass and Maynooth, who were part of Maxi Zoo Ireland’s success in being recognised for leading the way in providing customers with a first-class shopping experience.
“The award was presented to Maxi Zoo after the judging panel assessed the high standard of customer service that we consistently deliver to customers across all of our 17 stores nationwide, including our Kildare stores,” said Alice Cross, executive director of Maxi Zoo Ireland.
“Maxi Zoo prides itself on providing pet parents with expert advice and the best possible environment to shop for their pets. The award is a credit to our dedicated staff and loyal customers. We are thrilled with our success,” she added.
The Retail Excellence Ireland Awards are the biggest event in the Irish retail industry calendar. The awards were co-presented by RTE’s Hector Ó hEochagáin and sports presenter Evanne Ni Chuilinn at a gala Dublin event attended by 500 representatives of the retail industry in Ireland.
The industry awards, which are now in their 18th year, attracted over 600 entries from retailers nationwide. Awards were presented in a number of categories recognising Ireland’s best retail stores, companies, people and websites.
