THE fixtures for the first round of the Kildare Senior, Intermediate and Junior Football Championships have been confirmed.
In the Joe Mallon Renault Senior Football Championship, holders Sarsfields, Moorefield, Celbridge and Athy are out in action on the first weekend.
Last year’s unlucky runners up Two Mile House are also out on the first weekend of the newly sponsored Intermediate Championship, now called The Court Yard Hotel Leixlip Intermediate Football Championship.
Grange v Milltown is the only game in the Tom Cross Junior Football Championship on the opening weekend of action.
Sarsfields retained the Dermot Bourke Cup last year and begin their quest for three in a row against Maynooth on 6 May
