Natasha Rooney said she wanted to express her family’s ‘extreme disappointment and heartbreak’ at recent court proceedings in Lebanon.

Ryan Ndede, 23, appeared in court in Belfast charged with the murder of Quham Babatunde in Dublin in the early hours of Saturday.

The band had claimed they were discriminated against on grounds of nationality and political opinion.

Four men, three women and three children died in the blast at a building complex in the Co Donegal village in October 2022.

The prominent loyalist replied ‘not guilty’ when the charge was read to him in the dock of Belfast Magistrates’ Court.
