The Ballyvass Biogas Concern Group has announced a public meeting to take place on 17 April at 8pm at Castledermot Community Centre.
The meeting aims to inform and engage the community regarding the proposed biogas plant in Ballyvass.
Residents are encouraged to attend to learn more about the project and voice their opinions.
In addition to the meeting, the group is organising a community walk on Easter Monday, starting at 10am.
Participants will gather at the car park of Mullaghreelan Woods before proceeding to the proposed site in Ballyvass.
This walk provides an opportunity for community members to see the location firsthand and discuss concerns about the development.
