Garda appeal following serious assault of man in Naas

Gardaí in Kildare are appealing for witnesses to an alleged serious assault, which occurred at a commercial premises on Newbridge Road, Naas on Tuesday night. 

A male (aged in his 30’s) subsequently attended Naas General Hospital for treatment of serious injuries, believed to be non-life-threatening at this time.

A technical examination of the scene was carried out.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident which occurred around 10pm to contact them.

Anyone in the vicinity of Newbridge Road, between 9.30pm and 10.30pm, who may have video footage (including dash-cam) are asked to make this footage available to investigating gardaí.
