ONE of the country’s largest home care providers is inviting the people of Newbridge and Kildare to a hiring day this Thursday (18 June) at the Dovida offices on Main Street, right next to the Town Hall (W12 VP63) from 10am til 8pm.
The Newbridge event is part of a nationwide recruitment initiative aimed at growing the company’s care team to meet the increasing need for a diverse range of home care supports.
People attending National Hiring Day will have the chance to speak directly with Dovida staff, learn about a variety of caregiver roles, explore available job opportunities, and receive guidance on training and career progression.
“Our expanding range of services is opening up new opportunities for people in home care, whether they’re new to caregiving or an experienced professional,” said Amy Quille, Dovida’s general manager in Kildare.
“National Hiring Day offers a unique chance to learn more about us, our values, and the excellent career paths we offer in caregiving and beyond,” she added.
Dovida Caregivers provide a range of vital services that empower people to live as independently as possible in their own homes, whether assisting an older person who needs some help around the house or supporting someone who has a disability to attend events in the community.
Dovida offers both full and part-time positions as well as flexible hours in the mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, allowing caregivers to fit their work into their lives and balance it with other commitments, such as family life, community activities or study. The company also provides comprehensive training and support, as well as opportunities for personal and professional development.
Anyone interested in attending the Kildare National Hiring Day event can register their interest in advance on the company website, or simply pop along on the day at a time that suits them.
Dovida is Ireland’s leading home care provider and employs over 4,000 staff.
