THE CROSSKEYS pub in Kildangan put on a brilliant fundraiser in aid of two local children.

The night brought community members together for great fun, complete with karaoke, live music performances and a DJ to end the night with a bang.

The event was originally advertised as a fundraiser night organised by Lisa Mackey and hosted by podcasters Danni and Zena from the Unhinged podcast, but due to unfortunate circumstances the show was cancelled on Saturday evening. That’s where Shannon Keogh from the Crosskeys pub stepped in to save the day.

Everyone was blown away by a fantastic performances by Athy singer Katie Roycroft and Ester Rowan who performed on the night, and then got themselves up for a dance when DJ Evan McCormack got behind the decks.
