Lucky Kildare lotto player wins €500,000

ONE very lucky Kildare resident is €500,000 richer after matching all five numbers in Friday night’s EuroMillions Plus draw, securing the top prize.
The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw at the Centra Service Station in Clane, Co Kildare.
The winning numbers in the Friday, 18 September EuroMillions Plus draw were: 19, 23, 27, 35, 42.
National Lottery spokesperson Darragh O’Dwyer said: "It's been a fantastic weekend for National Lottery players, with two major wins landing in Galway and Kildare. We're encouraging players in both Galway and Kildare to carefully check their tickets as they could be our latest big winners!”
The holders of the winning tickets should sign the back of their tickets and keep them somewhere safe. They can contact the National Lottery Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie, and arrangements will be made for them to collect their prize at National Lottery headquarters.
