Naas pub planning to expand to boutique hotel

A PLANNING application has been entered for the renovation of space behind The Forge Inn pub in Naas to include boutique-style bedroom suites.

The proposed changes relate to planning permission previously granted and include the transformation of the first and second floors of the building behind the newly opened Naas pub.

The proposal seeks to repurpose the space to accommodate eight boutique-style bedroom suites.

According to the application, the new accommodation will serve as an “ancillary facility” to the existing Forge Bar, effectively creating a boutique hotel offering in the heart of Naas town centre.

The proposal decision by the council has been postponed due to an uncompleted application. Once everything is in order, there’s a chance Naas could be inviting a new hotel offering to the town.
