PLANS have been lodged for a new residential development comprising 15 homes in Naas.
Applicant David O’Rourke has submitted a planning application for the scheme at Oldbridge Station and Station Way, Osberstown. The proposed development includes a three-storey apartment block along with a separate detached house and associated site works.
According to the application, the main element of the project is a three-storey block containing 14 residential units. This would include seven two-bedroom apartments at ground-floor level and seven three-bedroom duplex units arranged across the first and second floors.
In addition, the plans provide for the construction of a two-storey detached house to the side of an existing property on the site.
A decision on the application is due from the local authority following the assessment process on 22 March 2026.
The development also includes a new access point from Oldbridge Station, along with car parking facilities for residents.
