Self storage facility proposed for Kildare

AMC Removals Ltd has lodged plans with Kildare County Council to develop a new self-storage facility at AMC House in Naas Industrial Estate.
The proposal would see the construction of 54 self-storage units within an existing warehouse, comprising 26 units at ground-floor level and 28 units on a proposed first floor. The development would provide approximately 828 sq m of storage space and includes all associated ancillary works.
The application reflects continuing demand for self-storage space from householders and businesses in the Naas area.
