Young Athy athletes meet Olympic swimming heroes

Athy Tri Club juniors Chloe Kavanagh and Darragh Lazenby and Athy club and Triathlon Ireland coach Niall Foley and Triathlon Ireland coach Dee Needham had the privilege of meeting the Irish Olympic swim team at the National Aquatic Centre in Dublin before they headed off to Paris. 

They are pictured below with Olympic Bronze medalist Mona Mc Sharry and Olympic Gold medalist Daniel Whiffen. All were interested to hear about the sport of triathlon that Chloe and Darragh are involved in! These Olympic medalists will continue to inspire young athletes.
