World Cup hero Noonan gets welcomed home at Ellistown GFC

Michael Noonan may have caught eyes all over the world with his superb displays as Ireland reached the last 16 of the Under 17 World Cup in Qatar but there was nowhere any prouder than in his local area of Ellistown. 

On Friday evening, people from all over area flocked to the local GAA club to welcome home the striker, who scored goals against Panama, a winner against Uzbekistan and against Canada in the competition.
