Athy eatery expanding to Newbridge

A HIGHLY popular restaurant in Athy has announced that it is expanding to Newbridge.
Mani In Pasta, located on Duke Street in Athy, is an Italian restaurant run by Pasquale Maisto and Mersia Nogarotto which has become a regular dining destination for locals. They’re now set to open another branch on George’s Street in Newbridge.
“We cannot wait to share this new adventure with you all,” they said on social media. “Thank you to all our customers for the support you’ve given us over the past year.”
Newbridge councillor Chris Pender is among those looking forward to their arrival.
“Their arrival marks a fantastic addition to our vibrant community. Specialising in authentic Italian cuisine, Mani In Pasta promises to bring a delightful taste of Italy to our local dining scene,” he said.
