A KILDARE fitness instructor Mick Mulcahy hosted a special fundraising class at Naas Community College in support of the charity.
Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of those who attended, an impressive €1,330 was raised on the night.
Mick Mulcahy presented a cheque on behalf of the team at Mick Mulcahy Fitness to Philip Coy of the Curragh Lourdes Fund, marking another successful community-driven initiative in aid of this worthy cause.
The organisers would like to extend sincere thanks to Ciaran Keegan, Principal of Naas Community College, for the school’s continued support and for facilitating the event.
The Curragh Lourdes Fund, established in 2010, continues its vital mission of bringing children with disabilities to Lourdes as part of the Defence Forces Military Pilgrimage.
The Curragh Lourdes Fund relies on the generosity of the community to help make the pilgrimage possible for children with disabilities, offering them a unique and enriching experience as part of the longstanding Defence Forces tradition.
