Alleged Kildare woman puncher appears in court

A woman who allegedly punched another female through a car window, breaking her glasses and cutting her face, will have to wait until November to find her sanction.

Appearing in Naas District Court was Natalie Burke (35), of Ruanbeg Walk, Kildare town charged with the assault causing harm of in Ruanbeg Walk on 11 August last.

Medical Report

After Sergeant Mary Meade gave the outline of the allegations as mentioned above, Judge Desmond Zaidan accepted jurisdiction.

Without a medical report before the court, he decided to put back a decision.

Judge Zaidan remanded Ms Burke on continuing bail until 27 November to allow for the medical report to be furnished.
