Electric Picnic announced 11 more acts this morning, as the countdown begins to the festival weekend.

There are just over three weeks to go until the Stradbally Estate opens its gates to a record 80,000 fans.

The newly announced acts are: Inhaler – David Gray – Nile Rodgers + CHIC - Noel & Mike Hogan with RTÉ Concert Orchestra - The Saw Doctors - Jazzy – The Coronas - King Kong Company - The 2 Johnnies - Mark McCabe - I’m Grand Mam

In a statement today, organisers said: 'Fans who didn’t catch Inhaler’s St. Annes gig earlier this summer will rejoice as the Dublin band take to the Stradbally stage. Multi-platinum artist David Gray will receive a hero’s welcome, as he performs the legends slot on Sunday night of the Picnic.

Nile Rodgers + CHIC are back, having made their Picnic debut in 2009 and have regularly entertained Picnickers with their GOOD TIMES anthems.

May 2017 saw The Cranberries perform at the London Palladium, sadly proving to be the band’s final performance. Since then, their music has continued to be as enduringly popular today as it was during the band's lifetime.

Electric Picnic fans are in for a unique experience when brothers Noel and Mike Hogan unite to perform the band’s iconic songs for the first time in eight years at this year's festival. They will be joined by The RTÉ Concert Orchestra and a 'very special' guest.

The Saw Doctors continue their 40th anniversary celebrations with a trip to Stradbally, this will be a performance not to be missed! Jazzy’s ascent to dance-pop royalty knows no bounds, with multiple awards under her belt and the honour of being the most popular Irish female on Spotify. This will be her third visit to Electric Picnic.

Fresh from their Glastonbury performance, The Coronas will pull the crowds, while King Kong Company will be back with one of their legendary blistering sets.

The 2 Johnnies swing by Stradbally with the Junior B All Stars, a trailer load of songs from their No 1 Album Small Town Heroes and more than a few surprises.

Mark McCabe’s Maniac 2000 brings a show full of dance classics, new bangers and a special live performance. Meanwhile, ‘just two boys from Cork who are always up for a skit’, PJ Kirby and Kevin Twomey from I’m Grand Mam will bring their popular podcast to the Electric Arena.

The weekend of 29 to 31 August will see Picnickers gather to enjoy a weekend of diverse music, art, theatre, comedy, spoken word, food and holistic health, with headline acts that include Hozier, Chappell Roan, Sam Fender and Kings of Leon alongside Fatboy Slim and Becky Hill.

They are joined by international and Irish acts including Amble, Barry Can’t Swim (Live), Conan Gray, Confidence Man, Kingfishr, Kneecap, Lord Huron, Marc Rebillet, Maribou State, Montell Fish, Self Esteem, Suki Waterhouse, The Kooks, Viagra Boys, Alessi Rose, Bell X1, Black Country, New Road, For Thoss I love, Joost, Just Mustard, Khakikid, Maverick Sabre, Tommy Cash, Mundy, Orla Gartland, The Academic, Arthur Hill, Blair Davie, Esmaralda Road, Hilltop Hoods, Luvcat, NOFUN!, Sunday (1994), Aaron Rowe plus much more!
