Kildare Chamber seeks auditor

The board of County Kildare Chamber is looking to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year ending on 31 December 2024 and for a minimum of three years in total.

“The board has instructed us to obtain proposals from auditors who may be interested in the appointment and ask them to submit a tender proposal,” said Sinead Ronan.

The Chamber has laid out the specifics required, which include meeting and discussing the plan with the Audit committee, completing the year end audit by the 31 March, 2025, and then meeting the committee again to review the findings of the audit.

The successful candidate will have to attend the AGM and present the audit opinion on the financial statements, and provide half yearly review of the management accounts.

The proposal submission should demonstrate the applicant firm’s capability to deliver the necessary audit services.
