Man (40s) who died in 'weather related' incident named locally

A man who died following a 'weather-related' incident in Co Donegal on Friday has been named locally.
He was Tommy Connors, who was in his 40s and from Letterkenny.
It is understood that Mr Connors died after a fall from a shed roof during the Status Red weather warning around 4.15pm on Friday.
Mr Connors died at the scene of the incident at a house.
His body was then removed to the morgue at Letterkenny University Hospital, where a post-mortem examination will be carried out in due course.
Gardaí said the results of the post-mortem will determine the course of their enquiries, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
