A ROBIN was spotted in Athy’s Lidl bakery, nibbling away at croissants and other pastries.
Thankfully a video was captured by the Athy BoatTrips.ie page, showing the little guy before he could flee the scene of the crime, which garnered over 189,000 likes on TikTok alone!
The video was captioned: “In for a bit of Christmas shopping in Lidl today,” and showed the robin taking tasters of the croissants before checking out the maple and pecan plaits.
People online took to the comments with brilliant one liners such as: “He’s robin the place blind,” and “he’ll be doing the ‘bird’ if he gets caught.
