A DEVELOPER is seeking planning permission for a 32-dwelling residential development at Geraldine Road, Athy.
Further information has been received by the planning authority in relation to a proposed residential development in Athy submitted by Sayvale Ltd.
The proposal seeks permission for the construction of 32 residential dwelling units, comprising six one-bedroom units, 14 two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom units. All homes are planned as two-storey dwellings.
The development also includes the provision of a new vehicular and pedestrian access to the site from Geraldine Road, as well as the installation of a foul pumping station.
