Two Kildare estates to be taken in charge by council
Cushalla
Plans are afoot at Kildare County Council to take in charge two local estates.
The council have advertised their notice to take in charge Cushalla in Allenwood and Ballyshannon Manor in Derrinturn.
It would mean the council assuming responsibility for maintenance of roads, footpaths and public areas.
The council invite any submissions on the matter and people can get more information through Kildare County Council’s consultation portal.
The deadline for Cushalla is 14 May and 7 May for Ballyshannon Manor. More information here.
