Kildare wedding planner turns hand to art with national showcase

Yulianna Sabitova
A Kildare wedding planner is set to take centre stage as they feature their work at Ireland’s largest and most exciting art fair.
The best and brightest in Irish art are set to appear alongside world-class international artists when Art Source opens its doors at the RDS from 15-17 November.
Yulianna Sabitova of Julianna’s Art, based in Kilcock, studied interior design and worked for many years as a wedding planner, crafting unique decor for events, before turning her eye to modern textured pieces of art.
Each piece by Julianna’s Art is handcrafted and unique, utilising a blend of techniques to add form, depth, and dimension.
The pieces beautifully complement modern interiors, with intricate textures and vibrant colours inviting interaction.
“Each stage of the creation process is a form of meditation,” said Sabitova.
“I would describe my paintings as works that you want to touch and admire.
“Exhibiting at Art Source this year is a significant milestone for me, as it marks my exhibition debut as an artist.
“I am eagerly anticipating the opportunity to present my work to a broader audience and connect with art enthusiasts and potential collaborators.
“I look forward to receiving feedback on my textured paintings, which will help me grow and refine my craft.
“For years I attended the exhibition as a visitor and absolutely loved it, but I believe this year will be even more exciting as a participant.”

Art Source features a huge selection of affordable art as well as a wide range of pieces from some of the biggest names in the art world, such as Andy Warhol, Banksy and Julian Opie, making it an unmissable event for art lovers.
“Over the past number of years we have seen the Irish public demonstrating their enormous appetite for art, and Art Source has become a major destination for buyers who are interested in art from some of the world’s most recognisable artists” said show organiser, Patrick O’Sullivan.
“As a reflection of that demand, this will be the biggest Art Source to date.
“The reason for this growth is that Irish people are interested in art and culture at heart, and many people make a point of returning to the fair annually.
“The fair also offers visitors the opportunity to purchase one-off original artworks to make their home unique and also the opportunity to meet the artists and find out about their work.
“The event is where the industry meets to see what is going on in the Irish art world, and this year is our biggest yet, with the widest range of art styles on display anywhere in Ireland.” This year will once again feature Art Source’s 100 for €100 event, where artists have been asked to create one original piece of artwork which will sell at the fair for just €100.
Art Source opens on Friday, November 15 at 11am, and runs until November 17.
