Naas's Moat Theatre announces new manager

Paul Seeber, new manager of the Moat Theatre, Naas

The Moat Theatre in Naas announced the appointment of its new manager, Paul Seeber.

Paul’s appointment follows the untimely passing of the theatre’s former manager, Celine Garvey, who sadly passed away from cancer in April, with Kathleen Smith serving as interim manager during Ms Garvey’s illness and up until Mr Seeber’s appointment.

Paul brings extensive expertise in financial management, marketing, event planning and human resources to his new role. His business management experience in the arts and education sectors underscore his commitment to leveraging marketing and public engagement in his work with the Moat Theatre.

In his personal life, he is a pianist, percussionist, arts advocate, and recent graduate of a Master’s in Music Performance from Munster Technological University.

Samantha Coventry, Chairperson of the Moat Club CLG board, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Paul to the Moat Theatre. His diverse skillset and experience will be invaluable in fostering the theatre’s growth as a dynamic arts centre for the community.”
