Women's Christmas gathering coming to the Killashee Hotel this November

KILDARE lifestyle creator Arlene Costello is bringing her love of Christmas, interiors and timeless style to the Killashee Hotel this November with the launch of her very first House of Costello Gathering.
Taking place on Sunday, 15 November 2026, the event promises to be a beautiful day of festive inspiration, bringing women together to celebrate the magic of the season.
Arlene, a Carbury-based mother of three and lifestyle content creator with an Instagram community of more than 42,000 followers, has spent several years sharing her passion for interiors, fashion, beauty, family life and creating a warm and welcoming home.
Now, she is bringing that world to life through House of Costello Gatherings, a new lifestyle event concept celebrating beautiful living, meaningful connections and the simple pleasures of everyday life.
Speaking about the inspiration behind the event, Arlene said:
"Christmas has always been my favourite time of year. I love the traditions, the decorating, the excitement and all those little moments that make the season feel so special.
"Now, as a mother of three young girls, so much of Christmas is about creating that magic for them. I absolutely love it, and there's nothing quite like seeing Christmas through the eyes of your children.
"But I also think that, as women and mothers, we can become so busy making everything special for everyone else that we sometimes forget to slow down and enjoy the season ourselves.
"That was really where the idea for House of Costello Gatherings came from. I wanted to create a day where women could step away from their everyday life, take a little time for themselves and simply enjoy all the beautiful things that make Christmas so special."
The event will take place in the elegant surroundings of the Manor House at Killashee Hotel in Naas and will feature festive interiors and tablescaping inspiration, beauty and fashion styling, along with a sparkling festive afternoon tea.
For Arlene, the gathering is about more than Christmas decorating or seasonal fashion. It's about creating an atmosphere that encourages women to connect, feel inspired and appreciate the simple pleasures of the season.
"I wanted to bring a little of that feeling to life through this event. Something elegant and inspiring, but also relaxed, welcoming and full of warmth.
"My hope is that everyone leaves feeling a little more excited for Christmas, with some lovely inspiration for their own homes and style and, most importantly, having enjoyed a really special day just for themselves."
