Maynooth Uni alumnus Dr Darragh Ennis
FAMED for his part on the perennial ITV quiz , though probably less well so for his work with entemology and neuroscience, Dr Darragh Ennis returns to his alma mater Maynooth University (MU) in a fortnight for a book launch.
Entitled , the launch is open to the public in the university Library from 7-9pm on Thursday, 21 November.
It will feature a discussion with Dr Ennis, a live Q&A session and a book signing, offering a unique opportunity to meet the author, scientist and TV star – Ennis ‘The Menace’.
The book reveals everything about the human body in 10 informative, bite-sized essays, which should answer all our questions about our body.
"It is with great pride and excitement that we welcome well-known Maynooth University alumnus, Dr Darragh Ennis, back for the Irish launch of his new book,” said Professor Paul Moynagh, interim executive dean of the faculty of science and engineering at Maynooth University.
“This book is a testament to his commitment to advancing knowledge and making complex ideas accessible to the public, and is not only a celebration of his outstanding work but also of the vibrant community of scholars, creators, and leaders fostered at Maynooth University.
