THE Moat Theatre have a host of great shows coming up in the next few weeks.
Join international acclaimed Soprano Celine Byrne and Ireland’s favourite tenor Patrick Hyland for an evening of music on 19 October from the world of opera and musicals such as
, , Puccini’s and all your favourites.On Thursday 24 October, Arlene Bailey will perform the Janis Joplin Story – experience the tragic yet iconic story of one of America’s most talented female blues vocalists. Janis Joplin is synonymous with the Woodstock generation and in her short 27 years firmly secured her place in American music history. On Friday 25 October, pop-soul act U.M.A.N. will bring their harmony-driven vocals, sophisticated songwriting and feet-tapping melodies, each track resonates with passion and purpose to Naas.
U.M.A.N takes the stage for a Winter/Spring tour of Ireland with their all-star six-piece band. With a diverse repertoire that spans genres and generations, U.M.A.N is set to leave a lasting impression on audiences.
For the Kiddies – Jakula will return on Monday 28 October at 2 pm. Join him on a quest to step out of his older brother’s shadow (Dracula!). Enjoy magic, juggling and tricks that are entertaining for the whole family.
