Kildare engineer awarded doctoral certificate

DR ROB Healy was presented his doctoral certificate recently after completing his professional doctorate in engineering.
Dr Healy, of Assumpta Villas, Kildare Town, completed the doctorate part-time and wrote a thesis on 'Assessing Queueing Stability in Agile Systems' which disproved core assumptions used in modern software development processes.
The findings were presented at international conferences in Amsterdam and Italy. Rob is currently a senior technologist in Enterprise Ireland helping companies improve processes. He is the proud father of four: Siofra (8), Fiachra (7) and Cormac (7) all attend Kildangan National School while Cian (1) attends Bright Beginnings in Kildare Town.
Rob and his partner Edel support many of the community groups and activities in and around Kildare especially Silken Thomas Players, Toastmasters, Cill Dara Rugby Club and Round Towers GAA.
