40 acres of Kildare development land up for sale

Over 40 acres of mixed-zoned land in a Kildare town is to be sold.

The land is a mixture of residential, strategic reserve and industry and warehousing zoned land and is located on the southern end of Kilcullen town.

The land is to be sold in one or two lots and has road frontage on three roads.

The lands are for sale by tender on Wednesday 2 July at 12 noon. Tenders to arrive to offices of Patrick J. Farrell & Co, Charlotte Street Newbridge, Co Kildare no later than 12 noon on Wednesday 2 July.
