A medical centre in Sallins, Co Kildare is set to be sold at auction.

Waterways Medical Centre at Station House is something of a local landmark and contains 1,754sq ft of space.

Remax which is handling the sale say this “is a rare opportunity to establish or expand a medical practice in an affluent, high-growth area with exceptional commercial potential”.

The company said the centre’s proximity to major employers and industries ensures a steady client base.

The property, which has a BER rating of D1 has four offices, a large reception, kitchen and two toilets. This property is for sale in partnership with I Am Sold Property Auction. No date for the auction has yet been set. Commercial rates are €4,433.94. The AMV on the property is €500,000.
