Kildare Rescue Tails: Dogs need volunteers!

Puppy Don
KWWSPCA is blessed to be able to run the charity with volunteers only with no paid employees whatsoever.
We currently have a fantastic group of people who are terrifically dedicated to the care of our animals.
Apart from all the heavy cleaning and daily exercising of dogs carried out, the team is also always on hand for a cuddle or a kind hand for these poor homeless creatures.
Our little tribe of volunteers consider it a privilege to be involved in the rescue process and each and everyone of them make it an enjoyable and rewarding experience rather than a chore.
We can never have enough volunteers and at the moment the dog section is very much in need of a few new faces as we are unfortunately losing some of our regulars.
Volunteering is a great social activity and an alternative form of exercise to a gym! If you are a dog lover, fit the volunteer requirement and can spare a few hours regularly every week then we'd love to hear from you.
You'll find all the details of what's involved and an application form on our website http://kwwspca.ie/Volunteer.
We currently have a litter of five young black lurcher pups who are all in need of homes.
They are only 12 weeks old, full of life and happily play together all day long. Fond of a cuddle and friendly to all, they will make adorable family pets.
Please check them out, along with our other available dogs, on our website http://kwwspca.ie/adopt-a-dog.
