Over 40 acres of development land in Kildare has come on market with a guide price of €750,000.
The land, 42 acres in total. at Sallymills, Rathangan is being sold at one lot.
It is located adjacent to the town centre while a greater part of the lands are bordered by the canal bank.
Auctioneer Sherry Fitzgerald McDermott say the land offers “a host of options for agriculture, equine, development and alternative uses”.
The land is currently in grass, with surrounding tree and natural ditch boundaries.
