Average cost of house in Kildare now €325,000
Asking prices for a three-bed semi-detached house in the county also rose by €10,000 over the quarter to €310,000
Property prices in Kildare have risen by €15,000 during the quarter, according to the latest MyHome Property Price Report.
The report for this year's second quarter shows that the median asking price for a property in the county is now €325,000. This means prices have risen by €25,000 compared with this time last year.
Asking prices for a three-bed semi-detached house in the county rose by €10,000 over the quarter to €310,000. This means that prices in the segment have risen by €20,000 in 12 months.
Meanwhile, the asking price for four-bed semi-detached house in Kildare rose by €7,525 over the quarter to €380,000, up by €15,000 compared to this time last year.
There were 562 properties for sale in Kildare at the end of quarter two in 2025 – an increase of 33 per cent over the quarter. The average time for a property to go sale agreed now stands at nearly two months.
