KILDARE County Council has announced the launch of an affordable housing purchase scheme for private buyers at Pierce Park, Newbridge – with six new homes available to potential buyers.

This initiative, in partnership with D&P Construction Ltd, aims to provide first-time buyers and other eligible homebuyers with the opportunity to purchase newly built homes at reduced prices.

The scheme includes: three two-bedroom, own-door apartments and three three-bedroom, own-door duplexes. These homes are conveniently located minutes from Newbridge Town Centre and local amenities, with easy access to the M7 & M9 motorways. Additionally, Newbridge Train Station, which offers transport links to Dublin City Centre, is located just 200m from Pierce Park.

The expected delivery date for these homes is December 2025/January 2026.
