Kildare's Barretstown partners up with Holland & Barrett

KILDARE children’s charity Barretstown, located in Ballymore Eustace, has been chosen for the Holland & Barrett charity partnership 2025.
Barretstown is a well-known Kildare charity that provides free, life-changing therapeutic camps and programmes for children living with cancer and other illnesses, and their families.
Through this partnership, Holland & Barrett has committed to raising vital funds through the support of colleagues’ fundraising efforts and customer donations.
Nationwide, Holland & Barrett team members will participate in a range of fundraising events and challenges throughout the year, starting with Barretstown’s Annual Dublin Mountains Challenge Fundraiser in May.
This event will see participants trekking through the Dublin Mountains to raise much-needed funds for the charity.
Customers can also support the cause by donating at till points in Holland & Barrett’s stores nationwide.
In addition to fundraising, Holland & Barrett colleagues will take part in team-building days and “Helping Hands” volunteering projects at Barretstown.
These activities will include painting, gardening, planting flower beds, and general housekeeping, helping ensure Barretstown’s facilities are safe, welcoming, and ready to host families for their camp experiences.
