Recycle your mattresses for free in Kildare this weekend

KILDARE residents with unwanted mattresses are invited to a free disposal day at AES Recycling in Kilcullen this September.
Kildare County Council, in partnership with AES Recycling and supported by the Circular Economy Fund, organised the recycling day, which takes place on Sunday, 6 September from 8.30am to 3pm.
The amnesty provides a convenient and environmentally responsible way to dispose of old household mattresses.
Residents are advised that the event is for the recycling of double, single and triple mattresses only.
A maximum of six mattresses is allowed per delivery, no other waste or bulky household items will be accepted, and the event is not open to commercial or charity entities and is restricted to household customers.
Take this opportunity to dispose of old mattresses responsibly and help keep County Kildare clean and litter-free.
