Castledermot Daffodil Day raises €5,000

CASTLEDERMOT Daffodil Day collections raised almost €5,000 on Friday 28 March in aid of The Irish Cancer Society, with some contributions still to come.
Collection co-ordinator Ann Glynn (Castledermot ICA Guild) would like to thank her local ICA colleagues and friends who volunteered their services for the day in aid of this worthy cause.
Special thanks as well as Teach Diarmada for providing a room and the use of the kitchen for welcome refreshments.
Ann also thanks Horan’s, Behans and Raths stores for their help and contributions.
Castledermot ICA Guild celebrates its 60th anniversary this year. New members are always welcome.
