Keenan’s Lane in Castledermot comprises a spacious warehouse and three derelict cottages, all situated on a centrally located site in the heart of Castledermot. Suited for development, this site presents an opportunity for both commercial and residential projects.
The lot was sold online by REA Sothern last week. The site attracted one bid of €125,000 which was accepted.
