The guide price was €175,000 but the strong bidding from four interested parties saw the property sell for €214,000 last Thursday.
The property is situated on a site area extending to approximately 0.39 acres (0.16 hectares). Internally the property is in need of refurbishment. The property was vacant and sold by BidX1.
