Before an attendance of about 20 people, bidding opened at €200,000 with three active bidders fighting it out before the gavel dropped at €270,000 to an Agent who was buying on behalf of a client. The property was in an excellent location just 8km from Kilcock, 9km from Clane and less than 10 minutes from the M4 Motorway.
The entire was laid out in one division with natural boundaries and hedgerows and was described by selling agent Clive Kavanagh ‘as an ideal site for a residence subject to obtaining the necessary planning permission’.
