Kildare Rescue Tails: Christmas foster homes urgently needed

Christmas is fast approaching and our rehoming teams have been working very hard recently trying to get as many animals adopted as possible before the Christmas break.

However, we are still trying to find temporary Christmas foster homes for the remaining animals. Just when we thought we were almost sorted, a Mother dog and her 10 puppies arrived into our care, along with some other dogs and cats. It may not be possible now to shut our shelter for a break as there always seems to be a need. However, the team will continue with the fostering program with great anticipation for a successful outcome.

If your home is suitable for a temporary foster and you would like to discuss, please call our helpline on 087 6887136. We will always need stand-by fosterers for emergency cases too.
