Kildare Rescue Tails: Romeo delighted to find his forever home
Romeo and Monika
WOULD anyone like to refresh their wardrobe or pick up a great bargain? Why not join us in Newbridge Town Hall this coming weekend, Saturday 2 & Sunday 3 May, between 11am and 4pm, for our pop-up shop and Spring fair.
There will be something tempting for everyone as we have fashion, shoes, handbags, jewellery, books, bric-a-brac, pet products and more!
There will be cakes and refreshments for purchase when you’ve done all that shopping and need a breather. All proceeds are for the care of the KWWSPCA rescued animals, so you’ll be doing your bit for charity too.

We recently advertised Romeo the cat on our website as a sweet, gentle and chatty one-year-old boy searching for a loving forever home where he could truly belong.
He had been through hip surgery, was recovering well but needed the safety of an indoor-only home where he could continue to heal.
Along came Monika, who fell in love with him, promptly adopted him, and the rest is history.
Some of our older cats were also recently adopted, including a pair of 15-year-olds who now have a second chance at a happy life.
There are so many good people out there, thankfully answering our calls to adopt rather than shop.
We continue to receive wonderful donations of dog and cat food following our recent appeal.
Although we often cannot extend our personal thanks due to many being left outside our gates, be assured our animals and we are extremely grateful for all the generosity shown.
The KWWSPCA is a registered charity no. CHY 6280 and can be contacted at kwwspca@gmail.com. All our details can be found at www.kwwspca.ie.
