Warehouse facility proposed for Monasterevin

Plans have been submitted for two new distribution warehouses in Monasterevin near the Mayfield service station.
Dublin-based firm Eagle Oyster Ltd have submitted plans for two single-story warehouses that would have a total gross floor area of 9,171.8sqm at Mayfield, Monasterevin.
The project would also include an adjoining two-storey office and administration block across the two buildings.
The warehouse facility would come with PV panels and car parking for 81 vehicles.
A new vehicular entrance into the site is proposed off the L81760.
Kildare County Council are due decide on the application by 18 May.
