Queen-inspired musical coming to the Naas theatre

Naas Musical Society will deliver some iconic songs when they bring the smash hit musical We Will Rock You to the Moat Theatre. The worldwide smash hit musical comes to the Moat Theatre from 7-13 March.

Featuring more than 20 of Queen’s greatest hits, this electrifying production promises an unforgettable night of sensational music, spectacular choreography and pure rock ’n’ roll energy.

Written by Queen and Ben Elton, We Will Rock You is set in a futuristic world where live music has been banned, and free thought is under threat. Society is controlled by the powerful and corrupt Globalsoft corporation, but hope remains in the form of a rebellious group known as the Bohemians, who fight to restore individuality, freedom and the power of rock music.

Packed with iconic anthems including We Are the Champions, Somebody to Love, We Will Rock You, and many more, this high-energy show will have audiences clapping, stomping and singing along.

Whether you’re a lifelong Queen fan or discovering their music for the first time, this spectacular production is guaranteed to leave you cheering for an encore.

With a talented cast of well-known local Kildare performers, Naas Musical Society is set to lift the roof off the Moat Theatre. The production team includes Director Sharon McNamara, Musical Director Mairead McKenna and Choreographer Aine Foley.
