A bus will leave the parish church in Monasterevin at 10.30am to Mountrice and return to Mountrice at 2pm.
All those participating will be issued with a special St Brigid Camino passport that will be stamped at St Peter and Paul Church. Car parking will also be available at Mountrice Cross for those driving up.
The walk will be led by the Bishop and will journey via Umeras then along Canal Blueway, finishing in St Peter and Paul Church in Monasterevin with a ‘Service of Light’ at 12.30pm.
