St Mary’s College, Naas celebrates 90 years with concert

ST MARY'S College in Naas has announced its 90th anniversary concert, titled ‘Songs of Inspiration & Hope’, a night dedicated to celebrating the rich history and vibrant community of the college.
The concert will take place on Saturday 11 October at 8pm, in the beautiful Church of Our Lady and St. David.
This enchanting evening will feature the remarkable talents of internationally acclaimed soprano and past pupil Celine Byrne, alongside fellow alumni Norah King, Caroline Behan, and Muireann Ní Raghallaigh. The concert will also showcase the impressive Baldonnel Singers and our very own St Mary’s College Choir, with special guests adding to the evening’s celebratory atmosphere.
“This concert is not just a celebration of our past but a reflection of the hope and inspiration that St Mary’s College continues to embody in our community,” said Mark Dowling, principal. “We invite everyone to join us for a memorable night filled with the joy of music and the spirit of togetherness.”
Tickets for the concert are priced at €25 and can be purchased through several convenient locations: Barker & Jones; Parish Office; Swans on the Green and The Soda Bread Shop In addition to the concert, St Mary’s College invites past pupils to take a nostalgic “trip down memory lane” from 5pm to 7pm on Saturday 11 October, prior to the concert.
