Kildare land sells at auction for €685,000

Jordan Auctioneers announced strong result at their recent online auction for land in north Kildare. The auctioneer held a sale of a 61-acre non-residential farm at Cooltrim, Donadea recently which attracted strong interest with three active bidders competing before a local party secured the property at €685,000.

Located just 8km from Kilcock, 13km from Maynooth and 9km from Clane, the lands are all in grass and laid out in one block, bounded by mature trees and natural hedgerows. The front section was described by auctioneer Clive Kavanagh as “good quality land,” while some of the rear requires reclamation.
