Guesthouse planned for Naas's main street

A developer wishes to build a guesthouse on Naas’s main street.

Planning permission has been recently sought to demolish a single-story commercial unit at No 3 Fairgreen, South Main Street, Naas and turn the site into a seven bedroom guesthouse.

The proposal by Poleon Ltd would see the demolition of the existing single storey commercial unit and the construction a new two storey with part three storey (to rear) building.

The location is a prime spot in Naas located.

Poleon Ltd are registered with a Naas address. Closing date for submissions to Kildare County Council is later this month.
