Newbridge College Union hold Alumni lunch

THE 2026 Newbridge College Union Alumni Lunch was marked by a varied panel of guest speakers.
The annual dinner took place in the Keadeen Hotel on Friday 23 January.

The welcome address was delivered by MC and past pupil, Senator Aubrey McCarthy, (class of 1988), and the event was opened by union president Stephen Clayton (class of 1988). Newbridge College Union welcomed everyone in attendance, thanked the Union Committee, sponsors, and the guest speakers on the panel whilst highlighting the importance of the event, supporting the Union and keeping the Alumni community together.

Newbridge College past pupil guest speakers were former Irish rugby player Geordan Murphy, journalist Niamh Horan and Irish former professional footballer Louise Quinn, who discussed their remarkable careers, and life journeys, and talked about their time attending Newbridge College in their own unique refreshing styles.
