Connor

MEET Connor who is a handsome Doberman/Labrador/Lurcher mix with a big heart and lots of love to give.

He is a unique-looking boy owing to a damaged eye (a very, very rare reaction to one of his vaccines) and has an upturned nose due to some very rough play with his mother when he was much smaller.

Neither issue should need any further treatment, and in fact has received other vaccinations since without issue. He has limited vision in the damaged eye, but it doesn’t hinder him.

Conor is the sweetest boy, and his kangaroo impression is top-notch. He is well socialised with cats, dogs and people of all ages.

He’s highly intelligent and requires a home where he will be stimulated both mentally and physically.

This home should not have young children, as Connor is a high-energy boy who is quite bouncy.

Connor will thrive in an active home where he can enjoy walks and playtime. With the intelligence of a Doberman and the speed and grace of a Lurcher, Connor is going to grow into an amazing companion.

As Connor will grow to be a large dog, he will need experienced, large dog breed owners.

Also, as Connor’s breed is on the Irish Restricted Breed list, he must comply throughout his life with the various rules when in a public place eg. being kept on a short lead and only being led by persons over 16 years of age. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving pup to join your family, Connor could be the perfect match. He is microchipped (No 972274200652988), and his full details and photos can be found on our website www.kwwspca.ie.

Skinny Minnie is a resilient young cat who once lived outdoors and arrived at the shelter with a serious womb infection.

As a semi-feral girl, she needed time to heal and learn to trust, but she has blossomed beautifully.

Now about 11–12 months old, Minnie is lively, curious and ready to begin her new life with a loving forever family.

Our cat adoption fee is only €100, which helps cover some of the veterinary costs, including neutering, first vaccination, worm and flea treatments and microchipping. For more details and other cat listings, please check our website.
